Customer information

Privacy & artwork handling.

How information submitted through the Protégé Signs website is used. Updated October 29, 2026.

Information you provide

Quote and order forms collect contact details, project specifications, preferred dates, and any artwork, photographs, notes, or shared-file links you choose to provide. Checkout may also require a delivery address. Please submit only files you are authorized to share and avoid including unrelated sensitive information.

How we use it

We use this information to answer questions, prepare estimates and artwork, arrange appointments, process orders, communicate proof decisions, and coordinate production, shipping, or installation. Your uploaded files are saved with the related request or order so they can be reviewed by the shop.

Services involved

The site uses Cloudflare hosting, database, and file storage services, and Brevo for request and order emails. Secure payment checkout is provided by Shopify; payment details are entered through Shopify checkout rather than the quote form. These providers process information needed to deliver their services. Their own privacy notices also apply to their services.

Artwork access and shared links

Uploaded artwork is reviewed through an owner-restricted area of this site. If you provide a Google Drive, Dropbox, or other shared link, the access settings on that service determine who can open the linked file. Check those settings before submitting the link. Do not send passwords or payment-card details in project notes.

Records, security, and requests

Requests, orders, and artwork may need to be kept for communication, fulfillment, business records, and follow-up work. To ask about information held about you, correct submitted details, or request removal of artwork or other information, contact protegesigns@gmail.com or call (229) 848-3853. We will review the request and explain any records that need to be retained. No website or storage service can guarantee absolute security.

Technical information and external links

Hosting and checkout providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, and security logs to operate and protect their services. Links to Google, Facebook, shared-file services, and other outside websites take you to services with their own privacy practices.
