Send original PDF, AI, or EPS artwork when available. PNG and JPG files can also be uploaded and previewed. Use up to four files, with a combined maximum of 20 MB for quote requests. The shop accepts files up to 20 MB each. Small screenshots may blur when enlarged; free proof assistance is available.

Trim is the finished edge. Bleed extends backgrounds beyond that edge so cutting does not leave a white border. The safe area keeps important text and logos inside the edge. The yard-sign and banner previews show ¼″ bleed outside each edge and a ¼″ safe margin inside. Decal cut paths and custom layouts are confirmed in your final proof. Guide lines do not print.

The preview shows proportions and placement. It does not certify resolution, color accuracy, or production readiness. Check spelling, phone numbers, dimensions, and cropping. Choose free proof assistance when you need a review. Production begins after payment and final proof approval.

Proof review assistance is free. Standard design is $75 per order for one layout. Complex artwork, logo creation, and extensive rebuilding are quoted separately. Use the quote form to send your ideas and files.

Choose your product, size, quantity, material, and available options in the shop. Add artwork, approve a viewable proof or request free assistance, and continue to secure Shopify checkout. Tax is calculated at checkout. Custom design, unlisted options, and projects needing review use a quote request.

A shop total applies to the selected product options before checkout tax. A submitted quote request is reviewed before a final price is confirmed. Sending a quote request does not place a paid order or lock in a price.

Use the quote form on the homepage or beneath your product configurator. Product quote forms include your current selections and the artwork selected in that configurator. You can also add supporting files. Keep the confirmation reference so we can find your request.

After payment and final artwork approval. Yard-sign production is typically next day–3 business days, with a 10 a.m. Eastern Time artwork cutoff. Other product timing is confirmed with your order. Contact us before ordering for a specific deadline.

Shipping transit is additional to production. The shop transit map estimates 1–6 business days after shipment, depending on destination; these are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Check your product page for the shipping offer and service area that apply to your order.

The yard-sign shop offers free local doorstep delivery within approximately 25 miles of Sycamore, Georgia, or free UPS Ground shipping within the US. Call or text if your address is near the boundary. We do not have a walk-in storefront. Installation and other local arrangements are confirmed for each project.

Use a suitable flat magnetic surface. The whole magnet must lie flat without bridging trim, recesses, or gaps. Aluminum, fiberglass, and plastic panels will not hold it. Keep the magnet and surface clean and dry, remove and clean regularly, and check for trapped dirt or moisture. Store flat and follow the instructions supplied with your order.

Tell us the surface, its condition, and where the graphic will be used before choosing a film. Paint, texture, curves, and exposure affect suitability. Follow the installation and cleaning instructions supplied for the specific material. Contact us about professional installation or any lifting, damage, or removal concerns.

Mesh allows some air and light through, but the installed result depends on the size, attachment points, support, and exposure. No universal wind-speed rating is offered here. Tell us about the location and mounting arrangement so we can confirm a suitable material and installation approach.

Life expectancy depends on the selected film, laminate, surface, exposure, installation, and care. Ask us for the applicable manufacturer specifications and written warranty terms for your quoted material. A general lifespan or blanket warranty would not describe every product accurately.
